- Order history, including items purchased and delivery details.
- Vehicle details you search for via our Vehicle Lookup tool (license plate or chassis number).
- Messages you send us through our Contact form.
How We Use It
We use your information to process orders, confirm payment, manage your account, provide order status updates, and respond to messages you send us. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Our Vehicle Lookup feature queries Israel's official government vehicle registry (data.gov.il) using the plate or chassis number you enter — we don't send your personal account details to that service. We don't share your order or account information with any other third party except where required to fulfill your order or comply with the law.
Data Security
Your password is stored securely using industry-standard encryption, and access to customer data within our systems is restricted to authorized staff only.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect your account and remember that you have accepted our cookie notice. Google reCAPTCHA uses cookies on our sign-in, registration, contact, checkout and newsletter forms to tell real visitors from automated spam. Google Analytics uses cookies to show us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how, so we can improve the site. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
