Orders
Placing an order through our site is a request to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. Every order is reviewed and must be approved by our team — most commonly once payment has been confirmed — before it is processed and shipped. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including after payment, if a part becomes unavailable or an error is found in pricing or listing details.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed are before VAT. VAT (18%) is calculated and added at checkout, and the final total is shown before you confirm your order. We currently accept Bank Transfer and Bank Cheque only; other payment methods may be added in the future.
Vehicle Lookup Data
Our Vehicle Lookup feature uses your license plate or chassis number to retrieve vehicle details from Israel's official government vehicle registry (data.gov.il), purely to help match compatible parts. We don't control the accuracy of that external data source.
Limitation of Liability
We work to keep product listings, compatibility information, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, DAS AUTO PART is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a purchased part, including installation issues arising from third-party fitting.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
